My experience with Charleston Orthodontics was great! I got my appointment very quickly and my transition from my previous ortho to them was very smooth and hassle free. The staff was very friendly and professional, the payment process was super easy (& much less than I expected), & swapping my braces out went by extremely fast. Every appointment was a breeze & truly enjoyed the staff! I am now completed my treatment and I am more than satisfied with my results! Highly recommend
We visited multiple orthodontic clinics before choosing this one for our daughter. Some places felt overly sales-focused, but this office seemed more interested in finding the right treatment plan than upselling extras. The assistants are especially good with nervous kids. During one adjustment, my daughter became emotional because of soreness, and they slowed everything down until she felt comfortable again. That level of patience made a stressful situation much easier for our family.
They did an amazing job with my braces and all the work I've needed since, everyone is super nice, there is very little wait time, and the appointments are quick.I've definitely got my money's worth.11/10, would recommend if you need braces, retainers, Invisalign, or any other devices to fix your crooked teeth :)
