The staff was very friendly and professional, the payment process was super easy (& much less than I expected), & swapping my braces out went by extremely fast. "We had a wonderful experience at my daughter orthodontist appointment from the moment we walked in the staff was warm, welcoming, and very professional. They made my daughter feel completely at ease which really helped calm her nerves. The orthodontist was incredibly patient and took the time to explain everything clearly. both to me and in way my daughter could understand. The office was clean, organized, and ran right on schedule, which we really appreciated. Overall it was a smooth and positive experience, and we feel confident moving forward with her treatment. I would definitely recommend this office to any parents looking for quality orthodontic care for their children."

"Very friendly people. I brought my 3 year old toddler in with me, they helped me out really well by being patient with him and helping to watch him while getting my braces put on. This is not a daycare lol but I had to bring my child and they were really welcoming of us both. The whole process was easy and fair and I'd recommend Charleston Orthodontist to the entire world if I could. My braces were carefully put on and examined. Such amazing crew.😇"

I remember 3 years ago when i came to them wanting braces because of my gap.. if only i would have followed directions wearing my rubber bands I would have a better look of my teeth… But I'm very happy how my teeth look… I’ve got plenty of compliments on my teeth since i took the braces off…There’s my pics of my gap, braces, and after braces off"
