"I love the staff and Dr. Patel! Since I began Invisalign treatment with them 2 years ago they have been nothing but exceptional. They are always so welcoming, friendly, and their best interest is always with their patients. They are very prompt and on time — I’ve never waited in the front seating area for more than 5 minutes past my appointment time. This was important to me as I usually always had to get back to work after my appointment. With that being said, I’ve always hated my teeth and they helped me take the steps to achieve a smile I love and am not ashamed of. "Our orthodontics experience was excellent for our daughter! Every visit was smooth and the staff always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. On one occasion, a piece of metal came loose, but the team was incredibly accommodating, providing immediate support to address the issue without any stress. At the end of our treatment, we chose to add insurance for the retainers, which we felt was the best value. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice for anyone in need of orthodontic care!"

She made sure I didn't leave the office with any unanswered questions/concerns and was such a sweetheart. "I had braces at a different orthodontics office but when they wouldn’t fix my permanent retainer for free after only 5 months of having it put on I refused to pay them to fix it or pay them to remove it. I decided to go get another opinion at Charleston Orthodontic and after looking at it they could see that the error was definitely not me but how it was put on. They evidently can tell by the way in which the glue has come off. They felt it best to remove it and start over with a new one and charged me $200 which would normally cost a lot more and it’s warranted for a year! I think my ortho charges $250 just to remove it and then the charge of a new one over $500 and has absolutely no warranty. No matter what the cause it’s your expense. I will definitely be referring others to them. And the staff was very friendly."
"Charleston Orthodontics is pretty good. They are like a brace factory. You are in and you are out. Everyone is pretty friendly as well. I love that they explain what they are doing and what I can expect over the next couple of days. They do not do cleaning here so be mindful of that. However, for the affordable price that is no problem for me."

Dr. Savastano is who walked me through all my treatment options to get me started. Dr. Patel has been with me through the end of my treatment and has been amazing to work with!
