The price of the braces are affordable and they do offer payment plans. I also love the color selections of bands that go on braces. They made sure my teeth were perfect before they fitted me for my retainers which I appreciated. Overall I had a great experience and I’m hoping you do as well!"

"I have had the best experience at Charleston Orthodontic Specialists in Mt. Pleasant. I’ve worked with Dr. Samp and his amazing team of ladies for the majority of my dental care. They are kind, caring, funny, really listen and answer any questions that I have. The front desk staff, Adrian, is always welcoming every time I’m there and makes great conversation. Everyone there makes you feel important and well taken care of. I’d truly recommend this practice and have to anyone. "I started my treatment in 2019 and the team did everything needed to make me feel as comfortable as possible ! I put so much trust in the staff there, especially Dr. Trev, Cheri, and Lori. I came in with a pretty extreme case of crowding and they were able to correct it in a reasonable amount of time, not to mention it was affordable! They even fully removed my braces the week of my wedding in 2020 and put them back on after my wedding at no charge. Thank you, COS West Ashley!"
"This is literally the best orthodontist in South Carolina hands down, I’m 21 paying for everything on my own and they really work with you and payments, they abide by your schedule and are very professional and caring in the work the place. The doctor took his time and showed concerns toward my wants to having my braces removed after wearing them for almost 3 years. Just knowing that I had a doctor who had time to discuss a plan rather with me rather than only speak to the other employees about my treatment really gave me high hopes with being able to see my teeth get the proper care they need and get ready for removal with in 6 months!Thank you COS team West Ashley!"

"My son just got braces 1 week ago. We are out of town 'tacky tourists' and bracket fell off. I called COS to see if they would help since the wire was poking his side of his mouth. They were very accommodating and very polite. My son appreciated the hospitality and willingness to assist as they could. If we lived here, I would be going to them. Thanks again COS!!!"
"I wanted to wait a while before writing my review on Charleston orthodontist 🦷, but I went to them 05/12/2021 and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! The staff was nice and friendly the Doctor was welcoming over all I give them a 10 in ratings Ms. Cheri the assistant who put my braces on was nice and patient with me made me feel comfortable because I was a little nervous, she explained everything to me in detail about aftercare and how to brush my teeth and clean my gums with my braces. She told me the good/bad foods to eat, the first day I didn’t feel any pain, but the second day and probably a week and half my mouth was sensitive I had to eat solid food like mashed potatoes, and beans nothing too hard, but after that I’m back eating normal no gummies or hard candy. For my pain a Advil and Orajel did the job."

"The whole staff was very pleasant and nice. Everyone had on mask and we didn't come in contact with any other patients while waiting. We didn't have to wait long to be seen and the visit with the doctor was thorough, understanding, and to the point. It made my very nervous daughter comfortable and excited. "I have always thought braces were cute, but never thought I needed them, since my teeth are fairly straight. I decided to go to Charleston Orthodontic Specialists and scheduled my free consultation. Not only were the staff friendly and professional, but they were extremely knowledgeable. Dr. Savastano was able to explain to me why having straight teeth does not mean you don't need braces in a way that I could understand. The prices are very affordable and I am looking forward to getting my braces on this month and getting my bite fixed!"
"I came in for treatment options a few days ago and the facility is really nice and the staff is sweet. I'd scheduled an appointment earlier in the week and it didn't take long for me to be seen. They offer a lot of orthodontic options, including more traditional wire braces and newer products like Invisalign. The location is pretty central to West Ashley and parking wasn't awful, just busy given the businesses around them."
"My original orthodontist is in Alabama, but while in Charleston I had an emergency with my braces and they were able to get me in within two hours of calling them that day. I was extremely impressed and super happy with the service!"
