"When all hope seemed lost coming in for an evaluation and needing braces, I couldn't at the time due to needing a deep cleaning (which is very expensive) so I couldn't get the braces to fill the gap of my missing tooth.... they made a retainer for me with the spot filled in, making it invisible..... I wanted to cry it looked so good!! I'm so happy I'm not gap toothed anymore and can smile normal, for now, until I get the cleaning! Haha thank you guys so much!!! 💓"

"I had braces at a different orthodontics office but when they wouldn’t fix my permanent retainer for free after only 5 months of having it put on I refused to pay them to fix it or pay them to remove it. I decided to go get another opinion at Charleston Orthodontic and after looking at it they could see that the error was definitely not me but how it was put on. They evidently can tell by the way in which the glue has come off. They felt it best to remove it and start over with a new one and charged me $200 which would normally cost a lot more and it’s warranted for a year! I think my ortho charges $250 just to remove it and then the charge of a new one over $500 and has absolutely no warranty. No matter what the cause it’s your expense. I will definitely be referring others to them. And the staff was very friendly."

"I wanted to wait a while before writing my review on Charleston orthodontist 🦷, but I went to them 05/12/2021 and I can honestly say it was an amazing experience! The staff was nice and friendly the Doctor was welcoming over all I give them a 10 in ratings Ms. Cheri the assistant who put my braces on was nice and patient with me made me feel comfortable because I was a little nervous, she explained everything to me in detail about aftercare and how to brush my teeth and clean my gums with my braces. She told me the good/bad foods to eat, the first day I didn’t feel any pain, but the second day and probably a week and half my mouth was sensitive I had to eat solid food like mashed potatoes, and beans nothing too hard, but after that I’m back eating normal no gummies or hard candy. For my pain a Advil and Orajel did the job."

In Summerville, instead of the Mount Pleasant office.Which was most likely a great thing, because our daughter felt more comfortable and around down to earth people. Addie was fantastic and made our daughter feel more comfortable. The front office went, sorry do not remember the names. "Thank you so much Dr. Savastano and staff for giving me a perfect smile. Wow. I had braces about 10 years ago to correct an anterior open bite. Although it was corrected and I was compliant, my bite still relapsed and my former Orthodontist left me without any further options. When I came in for a consultation, Dr. S immediately gave me several different options and potential solutions for my problems. He is a very bright, personable, helpful, and innovative doctor. I highly recommend him to anyone (including but not limited to two of my coworkers who have also been treated and love their results). They offer a lot of orthodontic options, including more traditional wire braces and newer products like Invisalign. The location is pretty central to West Ashley and parking wasn't awful, just busy given the businesses around them."

"This place is amazing! When I saw it from the outside I was a little skeptical and not sure about it, but then I walked in and it blew my mind. They had a nice sitting area and a place for the kids to place with a touch screen table. As a mom this made it so much easier to distract my little one and husband with. When I went back with the Nicole (i believe her name was) she went over everything with me before seeing the doctor. She was so nice and went through all the options with me so when I walking talk to the Orthodontist I knew what to expect. Then when he cam in it was amazing and they acknowledged my groupon. I was initially going in for a consultation/invisalign and explaining my situation to them I went with braces and they TOOK MY GROUP THAT WAS FOR invisalign!! WOW JUST WOW!!
