"I would totally recommend this office. Every encounter I had with the staff was very pleasant. They’re all so nice and professional in including Dr. Lee. The price of the braces are affordable and they do offer payment plans. I also love the color selections of bands that go on braces. They made sure my teeth were perfect before they fitted me for my retainers which I appreciated. Overall I had a great experience and I’m hoping you do as well!"
"Our orthodontics experience was excellent for our daughter! Every visit was smooth and the staff always went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. On one occasion, a piece of metal came loose, but the team was incredibly accommodating, providing immediate support to address the issue without any stress. At the end of our treatment, we chose to add insurance for the retainers, which we felt was the best value. We wholeheartedly recommend this practice for anyone in need of orthodontic care!"
"I had braces at a different orthodontics office but when they wouldn’t fix my permanent retainer for free after only 5 months of having it put on I refused to pay them to fix it or pay them to remove it. I decided to go get another opinion at Charleston Orthodontic and after looking at it they could see that the error was definitely not me but how it was put on. They evidently can tell by the way in which the glue has come off. They felt it best to remove it and start over with a new one and charged me $200 which would normally cost a lot more and it’s warranted for a year! I think my ortho charges $250 just to remove it and then the charge of a new one over $500 and has absolutely no warranty. No matter what the cause it’s your expense. I will definitely be referring others to them. And the staff was very friendly."
"I had to have my permanent retainer rebonded to my teeth, I called everywhere to try and get an appointment in a timely manner that wasn’t going to cost me an arm and a leg… Charleston Orthodontist Specialist were able to get me in the same day that I called, it cost me 1/4 of what other people were quoting me, I was in and out in 30 mins with no trouble and not being a prior client. 10/10 recommend! Everyone was super nice, super helpful! Very clean facility!"
