Hands down best service I’ve received from a business in years! Everyone front the receptionist to coordinators to Dr was very friendly! I walked in for consult and was able to start my braces the same day. I was offered affordable payment plans or the options to pay out right with an amazing discount.

I was referred to Charleston Orthodontics from Summerville Pediatric Dentistry. My son been going there for about 3 years now and I trust their judgement. Our first day we went in the welcome was top tier. I got all my questions answered and information I had concerns about from my last orthodontics experience. The office was cleaned and very neat. I got my braces off on Friday, November 22, 2024. I’ve had my braces with COS for five years now and never once had an issue with any of the staff. I never had a broken bracket or wire (even when eating everything like normal 🫢). I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist.
