Hands down best service I’ve received from a business in years! Everyone front the receptionist to coordinators to Dr was very friendly! I walked in for consult and was able to start my braces the same day. I was offered affordable payment plans or the options to pay out right with an amazing discount.

I was referred to Charleston Orthodontics from Summerville Pediatric Dentistry. My son been going there for about 3 years now and I trust their judgement. Our first day we went in the welcome was top tier. I got all my questions answered and information I had concerns about from my last orthodontics experience. The office was cleaned and very neat. All the staff are professional I'm glad we were referred to this office.

I’ve been going here for awhile and everytime I go, it’s always a great time. Especially today with the beautiful and funny woman I had today ( i didn’t catch her name). Dr. Patel is pretty great as well.

I got my braces off on Friday, November 22, 2024. I’ve had my braces with COS for five years now and never once had an issue with any of the staff. I never had a broken bracket or wire (even when eating everything like normal 🫢). I definitely recommend them to anyone looking for an orthodontist. Thank you so much to everyone at the Summerville office. 😁
